Facility relocation in Reynosa	Monday, June 26, 2006
Span de Mexico Customers (Reynosa Branch) Reference: Facility Relocation IMPORTANT NOTICE – Dear Span Customers, We are very pleased to announce that Span – Reynosa will be moving to a new facility on July 1st 2006. The new 71,500 s.f. facility will have significant improvements over the current Facility, including far superior security measurements such as a totally enclosed perimeter fence with a SPAN controlled guard entrance gate. The building will also include CCTV cameras and card access throughout, allowing us to meet TAPA equivalent security standards. Fire protection will be enhanced with a new sprinkler system in addition to the current fire extinguisher system. Our Technical Support services will now be provided from a separate and enclosed 3,000 sq ft ESD room. Span is also adding a 12,000 sq ft manufacturing footprint within this new facility to offer our customers the ability to sub-contract out manufacturing and assembly requirements. The new facility will be located in the new “Villa Flordia” industrial park on the west side of Reynosa. We will publish more specific details within the next few weeks. The transition to this new facility will occur from July 2nd to July 9th in order to take advantage of the annual shut down period at Delphi. All costs and liabilities with the transfer will be borne entirely by Span.
