INVENTORY REDUCTION

Span's unique Web Based system provides real time pipeline visibility and constantly monitors via a CLEAR TO BUILD analysis, the OEM/ECM Demand Stream against On Hand Buffers and automatically provides advanced Red alert (R-Y-G) before stock out conditions occur. Our advanced system will progressively escalate the alert until resolution. Intelligently designed buffer inventory levels are strategically located. Based on principles of the "Theory of Constraints" our systems provide the optimum inventory levels that are tailor made to allow maximum schedule flexibility with minimum pipeline inventory.
